So much has happen with foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcy's and Loan modifications. There has been so many people affected by this whole ordeal. I will just say, watch for more to come, this is not over by a long shot. In December 2009 there was 1 million more foreclosures in the nation.We are expecting 14 to 16 million more foreclosures to happen before we are done with the whole foreclosure deal. There are 40,000 jobs lost a month. 40 k on lost jobs on a monthly basis. Wow. That is outrageous.
Where do all these victims go from here. They lose their homes and and then turn around and rent another home that is usually also foreclosed. Always robbing Peter to pay Paul so to speak. The banks no longer do Subprime loans and the banks also want good credit now to loan money on. So where do you go from here? You just feel stuck. You see the cross roads and the fork in the road, but can not figure it out, all the big shots have lied to the public, over promising and under delivering.
